Following a devastating 2018 fire, the community of Anaktukvuk Pass needed a new public works facility to support essential operations. Our team was contracted to clean up the site damage and build a replacement facility that could support year-round service delivery in one of Alaska’s most remote villages.

• Remediated contaminated soils from the site of the former public works building.
• Constructing a new pre-engineered metal building with six garage bays for light- and heavy-duty equipment.
• Includes a two-story indoor storage facility and administrative wing with five offices and a conference room.
• Designed for cold climate durability and community-specific operational needs.
