ASRC Construction, together with our joint venture partner Davis Constructors & Engineers, is expanding the existing Mt. Edgecumbe Medical Center with a new 235,000 SF facility that will serve as a critical access hospital and outpatient clinic serving Southeast Alaska. The state-of-the-art five-story structure will house all SEARHC’s healthcare services (apart from long-term care and the opioid treatment program) under one roof, to better ensure seamless continuity of care. In addition, the facility will offer private inpatient rooms, with comfortable accommodation for visitors, to better aid the patient’s recovery.

• Developing new hospital and clinic, with an emergency department, three surgical suites, laboratory, imaging, pharmacy, inpatient beds, and a labor and delivery area with a nursery.
• Constructing optometry and dental offices, physical therapy space, laundry facilities, a full-service kitchen and dining area, and business offices.
• Ensuring the facility meets the highest standards of quality to support healthcare delivery and patient comfort.
